Dining and Lounges
Executive Chef Cesar Venegas brings his passion for food and diverse experience to the Palace. He has worked in some of the largest and finest hotels in the world and manages menus at the six restaurants and lounges ranging from an all-you-can-eat buffet at Quail Plume to the Wet Bar, which overlooks the hotel pool. Tachi Live at the Den features area bands Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can relax while playing video poker or enjoying the fireplace on the patio at the Sunset Lounge. The casual Coyote Grille offers burgers, soups, salad and daily specials and the Coffee Stop offers assorted coffees and teas and blended drinks.
