The community in the online game "SmallWorlds" uses gold and tokens as currency for purchasing in-game items. Gold takes the form of golden coins. Tokens look like orange and white gambling chips. The only way to get tokens is by completing certain tasks on the site. All tokens earned on "SmallWorlds" are technically free, as you can't purchase them with real-world money. In some instances though, you may need to pay out a small number of your existing tokens as fees to access a task that will allow you to earn a larger number of tokens.
Instructions
1. Complete missions to get tokens. Wait for the game to give you a mission within one or more tutorials or select a mission in the Missions area. To access the Missions area, click the "Missions" icon (it looks like a hat and bullwhip) at the bottom of your account screen, review the missions and then accept and complete one to get tokens. Earn bonus tokens if you are a Level 5 or higher "SmallWorlds" citizen when you complete a mission.
2. Play games, wager and win against other players, and win tournaments. To participate in games and competitions, go to your "SmallWorlds" home page and click the "Me" tab. Play "Spin to Win" or "Spin to Win Deluxe" from the home page to immediately win tokens; or access the Play Games window by clicking the "Go" button under the Play Games option and then select your preferred game type. Once you find a game you like, play it to get free tokens.
3. Give tokens as gifts to possibly get free tokens as return gifts from other users. Wait for another "SmallWorlds" player to gift you or ask a player to do so. To gift tokens to another player, click the player, select the token chip image on the profile box that appears on the screen, enter a gift amount and message in the indicated fields and then click "Send Gift."
4. Go to the Trading Post and trade items you aren't using to get tokens. Click the "Places" icon (it looks like a compass) on the bottom bar, select "Featured" on the left sidebar in the Places screen, select "Trading Post" and then click the "Go There" button to access the Trading Post area. Click a Trade Terminal, click the "Trade Items" button on the pop-up and then click the "Trade" button in the Trade Terminal screen to begin offering items in exchange for tokens.
