Cheap Vintage Motels In Las Vegas

Find classic Vegas style along with affordable prices off-strip.

Las Vegas is the city that never sleeps. Often when thinking of Vegas, the strip may come to mind. It includes many options, from fine dining to clubs to premier shopping to the newest Cirque De Soleil shows. Though the glitz, glam and gambling still have strong presence on the strip, the classic vintage rat pack feel of Vegas has gotten lost under hotel monstrosities. Fremont Street offers a more vintage feel while providing cheaper prices.

El Cortez

El Cortez Hotel and Casino is in the eastern part of Fremont Street in Vegas. El Cortez underwent a renovation, but it still has the vintage feel. The glamour and glitz of old school Vegas still remains. This hotel is also one of the longest running establishments in downtown Las Vegas; its doors have never closed and re-opened. Rates are broad because some rooms are newer and some are more vintage. Vintage rooms are original from the 1940s. As of August 2010, prices range from $31 to $83, depending on the desired room and dates.
