Become An Exhibitor

Represent your company at the next industry event.

An exhibition or convention is a place where companies come together to showcase their services and latest wares. They are organized around particular industries or fields. Whether you are a tire manufacturer looking to get in a car show or a database service provider looking to get into a library convention, or anything in between, the process of becoming an exhibitor is the same.

Instructions

1. Check the website for the fair or convention you want to exhibit at and download the application form. If there is no application form available online, check the about us or contact us pages for an email where you can send a request for an application.

2. Read over the application form and be sure that you understand it. Be sure to read the fine print and clarify anything that you are unsure about.

3. Decide which type of booth you want to apply for. Often exhibitions and conventions will have booth options that will vary in size, location and price.

4. Fill out the application as clearly as possible. It is better to print than handwrite; be sure to use a pen and not a pencil. Send the application to the exhibition or convention staff by the deadline with the deposit fee.

5. Take note of any further deadlines you may need to meet for the exhibition. Often convention staff will put together a directory or catalog which serves as a permanent record of your present at the event. You may also be asked to submit a booth design.

6. Meet the deadlines given by exhibition staff. This includes providing final payments, information requests, or booth designs.
