Go on your own XBox zombie hunt.
In terms of video game trends, zombies rank up there with ninjas and pirates. Dozens of zombie titles have been released across various platforms, including the Xbox. These titles are as varied as the action-packed gore-fest "Evil Dead" and the thriller "Resident Evil." There are multiple websites that list these games, either in their totality or ranked by the reviewers' top 10 favorites. Finding such lists is as simple as visiting the right websites.
Instructions
1. Go to the IGN or Game Ranx websites to get a sample of the most critically acclaimed zombie games (see Resources). These are not complete lists, but they do highlight some of the best titles in genre.
2. Search for "Zombie" on TeamXbox's site (see Resources). TeamXbox has a complete list of Xbox games that is constantly updated. By searching for "Zombie," you can automatically create your own list of dozens of zombie titles and other games that feature zombies peripherally.
3. Visit the Undead Games website to see its database of zombie video games (see Resources). The site is solely dedicated to zombie games and has a list of titles for every console. As of January 2011, these lists are far from comprehensive, but the site makes up for this with news and articles about zombie gaming.
