Avatar Chatting Games For Gamers

Virtual games are becoming increasingly popular for all age groups.

An avatar is a digital representation of a user. People create avatars so they can have a unique online or gaming identity. Many of today's online games allow users to play as their avatar in expansive online worlds. Furthermore, users can interact with each other and chat while playing these virtual games.

Second Life

Second Life is one of the most popular online virtual games available. The game was created by a company called Linden Labs. Linden Labs was the first video game publisher to use the Internet as its exclusive game platform.

Second Life allows players (referred to as residents) to create their own unique avatar. Once their avatar is created, players can communicate with each other via chat. In addition, many of the locations and products available in Second Life are created entirely by the players themselves.

SmallWorlds

SmallWorlds is an online virtual game that was developed by an Australian company named Outsmart. Players create their own unique avatars that serve as their virtual identities. Once in the game, players can chat with each other, decorate their homes, embark on missions and compete against each other in various games.

Dizzywood

Dizzywood is an online virtual game created for children between the ages of eight and twelve. Similar to other virtual games, players must first create an avatar. There are a number of clothing options and accessories that players can choose from. After the avatar is created, players can explore the world of Dizzywood. Unlike other virtual games, Dizzywood blocks inappropriate words and closely monitors its players' activities. Furthermore, since it is created for young children, parents must sign them up before they are able to play.
