As in previous editions of the game, players can access "Blue Hell" in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas." "Blue Hell" is the community-dubbed name for the area underneath the ground or floor in "Grand Theft Auto" games. The developers did not mean for players to be able to access "Blue Hell" in any of the "Grand Theft Auto"
games, but being that many of the games run off the same engine, players have found new ways to access "Blue Hell" in various "Grand Theft Auto" games, including "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas."
Instructions
1. Head to Mullholland Safehouse with a jet pack.
2. Move into the emptied out pool and look for a corner displaying a different shade of gray and that doesn't appear to be quite solid.
3. Move into the hole and use the jet pack to seemingly fly underneath the city and into Blue Hell. If you do not have the jet pack, you may fall uncontrollably for a bit and eventually die and respawn on the street.
